Her firm, ARK Invest, launched the eighth ETF (Exchange-Traded Fund) with the trading symbol: ARKX. She has a unique philosophy of investing only in disruptive innovation. Disruptive and innovative fall under the definition of high risk and high reward. Yet the ARK approach goes deeply into the analytics of convergent innovation and macro trends in technology. “Invest in the future now” is certainly a forward-leaning attitude, and the results have been very impressive since 2014, when ARK Invest first opened its doors. A guiding strategy at ARK Invest is to reward companies that are making the world better and more sustainable; because that is not just a trend but a necessity.
