This is their inaugural year, so make some history and eat some great, green delicious food while supporting Tucson’s local restaurants. If the Vegan Restaurant week goes well, maybe the whole state of Arizona will participate. The state of Maryland already runs a Maryland Vegan Restaurant month! They also started as a week-long event and by 2024 the month of August was the inaugural Maryland Vegan Restaurant Month. Bon apetit!
