At the unveiling of the Ford F-150 Lightning and Hybrid last year, Ford highlighted several features distinguishing the two EVs from other EVs. Recently Ford announced that the 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning and Hybrid are coming with a vehicle-to-vehicle charging technology, which will enable them to charge other EVs, including those made by other automakers.
“F-150 Lightning brings new innovations to customers, including the ability to power their homes when they need it most,” said Matt Stover, Ford charging and energy services director.
