Just in time! New technology can now remove microplastics and nano-sized pollutants in water without harming the environment. Behind the eco-friendly technology are research teams of Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST) and Korea Institute of Industrial Technology, both in South Korea. Their work will feature in Nano Energy, one of the prominent international scientific journals, by next month.
