Who’s ready for some inter-city travel? Hyundai Motor Group is aiming for the skies. According to statements made at CES 2024, Supernal Aero, the air mobility department of Hyundai Motor Group, will be ready to launch its air taxi services in 2028.

AAM (Advanced Air Mobility) is the manifestation of Hyundia’s belief that local travel by air is the next frontier. They’re called eVTOL (Electric Vertical Take Off and Landing) vehicles. With headquarters in Washington, D.C., Supernal designed the S-A2 to travel 1,500 feet above the Earth at a speed of around 120 mph, ranging from 25- to 40-mile distances. These electric air vehicles could replace helicopters and offer quieter and cleaner skies for all. Yes, they are hiring!
