Good news for the cannabis industry! Voting for the right to legalize cannabis will appear on at least four state election ballots this November. North and South Dakota, Missouri, and Maryland will vote on recreational cannabis legalization. States like Oklahoma and Nebraska are currently awaiting approval from their officials to vote on legalizing adult-use cannabis. Voting pertaining to some aspect of cannabis will also be on the ballots across cities in Texas, Ohio, Rhode Island, Colorado, Michigan, and Montana.

Currently, there 19 states with legalized cannabis laws, in addition to D.C., Guam, and the Mariana Islands.
