PepsiCo launched a hemp drink for the German market only. After buying Rockstar beverage last year for $3.85 billion, PepsiCo decided to add hemp and call it Rockstar Energy + Hemp. Rockstar already owns 35% of the energy drink category in Germany, so it makes sense to launch it first in that market. It is already available in 30 countries and the US. AGREEN1 is betting Rockstar Energy + Hemp will be available in the US within twelve months.
