Tesla and California are in business again. Tesla wants to build its Megapacks factory in Lathrop, California. Lathrop’s mayor Sonny Dhaliwal announced this news on his Facebook page on September 25. He believes the development will bring prosperity for the city, employments for its residents, and a brighter future for the world at large.
