Zimbabwe’s permanent secretary and head of the e-government technology unit, Charles Wekwete announced the news at a Computer Society of Zimbabwe Information Communication Technologies Summit held at the beginning of the month. He said the government is discussing with the private sector to understand the industry and finalize its decision.
