Adoption to EVs has taken longer than expected, as there is much to learn about this 21st Century form of mobility. Charging a battery is very different than filling a tank. Currently, EVs in general cost more than an ICE to buy, but cost much less than an ICE vehicle to operate.

EV owners also know that it’s best to not let the battery’s charge level go below 20% charge. Most EVs can be set to notify the owner will hitting either of those thresholds.
