Climate-focused non-profit Rewiring America educates people in America about electric options and the benefits of electrification programs like the Inflation Reduction Act. Seven more companies, including Airbnb and Lyft, will now join it on the mission. Utility and energy market data platform Arcadia partnering with community-solar developers, Pennsylvania power utility Duquesne Light Company, and real estate brokerage Redfin are three other companies getting involved. The remaining two companies are climate-focused fintech Mosaic and Propel, a software developer for low-income households.

The companies intend to use their platforms to help people understand how they can use IRA benefits to go electric in their homes and lives. Offers of $10K-$14K rebates are available. While in Boston last month, VP Kamala Harris noted that the companies expect to reach more than ten million households in America. She also said that more companies and national partners would join the campaign in the coming months.
