By now, we all know how important hydration is to staying healthy. That’s why it’s a crying shame… microplastics in much of the drinking water. Since researchers do not have complete picture with supporting data on the harm caused by drinking microplastics, water filters are the best way right now to protect against harm.
Remember to first run a water test to best understand the totality of the issues needing to be addressed.
Currently, plastic particles are covered under NSF/ANSI 42 and 53, so find a water filter that removes Class I particles. Make sure the water filter provldes a data sheet in the box it comes in. Brands to compare would be: Zero Water Culligan, Kind Water, Clearly Filtered, Britta and Bluevua.
