Last month, we shared that the Mississippi Senate passed the bill to legalize medical cannabis. We are pleased to announce that the state’s governor has signed the bill into law. Mississippi governor Tate Reeves approved the bill, SB2095, on February 2. Mississippi is now the 37th state to legalize medical marijuana in the United States.
