NASA has been on a decades-long mission to understand the universe and discover whether there is life outside our planet and prove how the universe began. Now it is a step closer to achieving them! The James Webb Space Telescope, NASA’s new high-resolution space telescope, one that is 100 times more powerful than the magificent Hubble Telescope has revealed “the deepest image of our universe,” NASA said during a news conference on June 29.
NASA is in collaboration with more than 300 universities and organizations, such as the European Space Agency, and the Canadian Space Agency to embark on the 10-year Webb mission to peek inside the atmospheres of exoplanets. NASA aims to learn how galaxies interact, grow, and collide to form stars and understand the nature of other planets.
