That’s the theme for Earth Day 2024, which is the 54th Earth Day celebration. Remember, we all live here, and we must all do our part, if not every day, how about on Earth Day? Look into how you can get involved in an environmental clean-up activity this coming weekend. Also, look into getting rid of 50%-100% of the plastics in your personal life.
You can change out all your plastic bags with cloth bags. When you shop, look for products packaged in paper or glass. If it’s not, don’t buy it. That includes food! You’ll probably lose some weight and feel even more marvelous. When buying new clothes, stay away from fabrics made from petroleum materials: acrylic, polyester, and nylon. Best to look for garments made from wool, organic cotton, bamboo, hemp, and tercel lyocell (made from eucalyptus trees). #LeaningForward
