The American news agency Associated Press(AP) has news for NFT photography collectors. It is listing its award-winning contemporary and historic photojournalism for sale on its NFT marketplace, built by blockchain technology provider Xooa, and launching alongside the first NFT collection on January 31.

The first collection will comprise events AP’s photojournalists captured over its 176 years, including Pulitzer Prize-winning images, such as the photo of a Jewish settler challenging Israeli security officers in the West Bank settlement of Amona on February 1, 2006. NFT collectors will buy, sell, and trade the NFTs on AP’s marketplace, allowing transactions via credit cards, (such as Mastercard) and cryptocurrency wallets. AP’s marketplace will support Fortmatic, Binance, and Coinbase crypto wallets.
