Because the Metaverse is still in its embryonic stage many are urging policymakers to develop an intellectual framework for regulating the emerging technology before it gets too late. Bradley recommended finding answers for many questions surrounding the Metaverse, such as: Who runs it? Who maintains it? How should privacy rights work? How do you prevent consumer fraud and protect against online predators? Bradley suggests policymakers create a group comprising agency professionals, technology experts, scientists, legal scholars, social psychologists, state regulators, and government officials to find answers to the questions he raised.
