On August 1, 2025, adults over the age of 21 who are living in Delaware, were able to legally purchase cannabis. It took over 2 years since the law was passed, but now residents can go to a dispensary and legally make their purchases.
As the 22nd US state to legalize adult-use cannabis, the country now has 32 states with legalized adult-use cannabis laws. Is cannabis-hating ex-President Richard Nixon turning over in his grave? Too bad if he is; he was a crook, and he was impeached.
