Curaleaf aims to increase its presence. The cannabis operator recently agreed to acquire Tryke Companies for $286 million. Curaleaf will pay $40 million in cash at closing and $75 million in equal installments over the next three years. Curaleaf will also give Tryke $17 million of its voting shares. Both companies hope to finalize the deal in 2022.
