North Dakota has added a new product to its legal medical marijuana program. Governor Kelly Armstrong signed ND HB1203, which allows for edible cannabis products to be sold in the state to medical patients.

A recent study of 74 retired military veterans with elevated PTSD, aimed to understand if cannabis use helped or hindered their PTSD factors. Over 3 months, the veterans in the study reported that on the days they used cannabis, they had better sleep and lower levels of stress.

Edible Arrangements for years has delivered “bouquets of fresh fruit” arrangements. They are now launching into another type of delivery called Edibles.com. “There’s a lot of demand for hemp products out there right now, but what people are looking for is that safe and trusted place to buy it,” Edible Brands CEO Somia Farid Silber told CNBC. The offshoot brand launched in Texas in late March 2025, and will rollout to other states, such as Florida and Georgia next. Edibles.com already has one fixed site location in Atlanta, Georgia, with more scheduled to come online soon.
